Outside of the office, Todd enjoys time with his wife, Michelle, and their two children, Gavin and Liliana. The family stays active year-round, participating in sports and outdoor adventures. In the summer, they enjoy time at their camp on the water, and in the winter, they can be found cross-country skiing or cheering on a basketball game. Todd also loves to golf, hunt, fish, and take family vacations.

As a Financial Advisor, Bill Saunders is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial and retirement goals. He finds it deeply rewarding to work alongside his clients, guiding them through budgeting, saving, and planning for life's key milestones, from retirement to home ownership and dream vacations. Bill also values the opportunity to work with his brother daily, and he thrives on building long-term relationships with his clients.
With a professional background in education, Bill’s experience as a teacher, athletic director, principal, and school superintendent has honed his skills in budgeting, forecasting, and planning. This expertise has been invaluable in his transition into the financial advisory world, where he uses the same principles to help his clients succeed financially.
Outside of work, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife Adrienne, daughter Addyson, and son Parker. A sports fanatic, Bill is passionate about supporting MSU, the Lions, and the Tigers. He also enjoys playing golf, fishing, hunting, and engaging in friendly competition in activities like cornhole, frisbee golf, and croquet.

As a Senior Registered Client Associate, she thrives on the variety and unpredictability her role offers, enjoying the opportunity to connect with clients and address their unique needs. Kerry's genuine passion for building relationships is evident in her enthusiasm for speaking with clients, whether over the phone or in person, and learning about their lives beyond investments. She takes pride in answering questions, assisting with operational needs to help ensure everything runs smoothly.
Kerry's professional journey began with a Bachelor's Degree in Home Economics with a minor in Business from University of Wisconsin-Stout. She started her career at MFC First National Bank in 1992, where she held various positions, including teller, Commercial Loan Department assistant, and Trust Department assistant. When MFC First National Bank became Wells Fargo Bank, Kerry joined the brokerage department in 2009.
Outside of work, Kerry enjoys "lake life" with her husband of 36 years. Together, they cherish weekly game nights with friends, bonfires, and pontoon rides. Kerry is a proud mother to a beautiful daughter, a wonderful son-in-law, and the best golden retriever “grandpuppy”. Soon, she’ll add "grandparent" to her list of roles, a milestone she eagerly anticipates. Her hobbies include playing cards, crafting, sewing, crocheting, solving puzzles, and traveling. Some of her recent favorite destinations include Bonaire, Alaska, Glacier National Park, and Banff National Park.
Laura Olsen came to Saunders Wealth Strategies Group after having worked for the past 21 years in local school districts. Before joining our team, Laura was the Executive Secretary at Kingsford High School. Prior to that position, she worked in the Kingsford High School Athletics office. She has also worked for the DIISD business services consortium as a payroll clerk and at Iron Mountain Public Schools as an Executive Secretary in both the high school and the superintendent’s office.
Laura’s focus will be on helping you with operational questions you may have, including, but not limited to, client scheduling, distribution requests, account updates such as phone, address or email changes, and much more. Having Laura on board will allow us to devote more time to enhancing our client support.
Laura has been married to her husband, Tim, for 24 years. They have two children, Paige, a recent graduate of Lakeland University who is currently attending Mid-Michigan Community College in their PTA program, and Colin, who attends Kingsford High School and stays active playing football, hockey and baseball. Laura is a 2001 graduate from Northern Michigan University. As a family they enjoy sporting events, spending time at camp and all aspects of the great outdoors.
